The GWGuardian FastTrack session was great! The support engineer was very friendly, knowledgeable and amenable to my needs. He walked me through everything I needed to know and all the additional stuff I WANTED to know without ever once struggling or stumbling to find the answers. He was the ultimate professional the whole time (without being stuffy) and a real pleasure to deal with.
As a matter of fact, EVERYONE I have dealt with from your organization has represented the organization extremely well. I just can't compliment the staff there enough. I understand now why everyone raves about your product so much. The product itself is only one-third of the package - the other two-thirds is the people. You have the whole deal there and I really look forward to working with you all more in the future.
I know when I was looking at GWGuardian, I asked for references. I got great reviews from the names that were provided to me, but I took it all with a grain of salt, as no company would willingly provide a bad reference.
