Note: For sites that are using MSDE or MS-SQL as the Quarantine database, the script that automatically executes to upgrade the DB may fail if the user for the ODBC connection does not have the correct permissions. The symptoms are that no new items are showing up in the Quarantine or that items are building up in the Spool. To resolve these issues please refer to the TID: Updating the Quarantine Database in GWGuardian v4.4.

Messaging Architects makes no warranty or guarantees with respect to the use of this filter. Use of this filter, while cutting down on the number of messages containing objectionable content, may actually increase the number of false positive messages that are trapped. Organizations are free to use this filter at their own risks.
