Netmail Archive Administration Console

The Netmail Archive Administration Console is a flexible and intuitive web-based application that allows administrators to configure Netmail Archive, create policies, and run jobs.

Selecting Policy Criteria

Policies created using the Netmail Archive Administration Console contain archiving settings which are then applied to selected user accounts in your email system. Netmail Archive supports an unlimited number of policies that enable administrators to set unique email retention criteria for specific groups of users.

Selecting Job Settings

Netmail Archive can be used to implement an email policy that retains email for a specific period of time in an easily accessible and searchable format mandated by specific legislation that regulates your industry. Netmail Archive Job Agents are used to create these tasks or jobs to help you better manage your message archive.

Netmail Analytics

Netmail Search is an advanced web-based eDiscovery tool that allows authorized users to intelligently search, retrieve, view, manage, and export their archived data is a timely and cost-effective manner.

Case Management Dashboard

When you first log in to Netmail Search, the Case Management Dashboard appears onscreen. The dashboard provides a list of your current cases and allows you to create new cases, open existing cases, edits cases, and delete cases.  

Case Overview

The Case Overview screen allows you to select and view the messages, calendar items, notes, and tasks that you want to include in your cases. You can also customize how items are displayed on the screen. You can also manage multiple cases and navigate between cases at any time. 

End-user Access to Archives

In Netmail Archive, there are multiple ways in which end users can access their archives.

Netmail Archive Stubbing with GroupWise 8

Stubbing allows administrators to manage mailbox sizes by replacing storage-intensive email messages, message attachments, calendar items, tasks, and notes that are stored in the live system with a much smaller stub that points to the copy of the item that is stored in Netmail Archive.

Netmail Archive Stubbing with Outlook (2003/2007/2010) and Outlook Web Access

With Netmail Archive, you can view stubbed items directly in your Outlook client. Stubbed items are differentiated from non-stubbed items by the stubbing icon that appears beside them.
