Messaging Architects is offering CleanIt on an "AS IS" basis and expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantibility, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. CleanIt is a free download and thus, does not include free support. The Messaging Architects Support Team offers support on a per incident basis. However, clients with a valid GWArchive license are entitled to CleanIt support.
Messaging Architects shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage arising out of or resulting from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to damages for loss of profit, use, data or other intangible damages.
