Selecting Policy Criteria
Policies created using the M+Archive Administration Console contain archiving and publishing settings which are then applied to selected user accounts in your email system. M+Archive supports an unlimited number of policies that enable administrators to set unique email retention criteria for specific groups of users.
Selecting Job Settings
M+Archive can be used to implement an email policy that retains email for
a specific period of time in an easily accessible and searchable format mandated by specific legislation that
regulates your industry. M+Archive Job Agents are used to create these tasks or jobs to help you better manage
your message archive.
