Due to the growing importance of eDiscovery solutions in companies of various specializations, eDiscovery will be a primary focus of AIIM Expo and Conference in Philadelphia from April 20 to 22.

As organizations virtualize their records and constantly produce more data, they need a system that allows them to quickly locate information within their system. At the event, attendees will hear presentations from industry experts and people who can offer advice on different eDiscovery solutions. The conference will host speakers from several different industries that will discuss systems and methods that work best for them.

"With over 70 percent of our attendees indicating they want more information regarding eDiscovery solutions, we felt that the time was right to implement an integrated approach to helping them find answers to discovery and compliance issues. That's why we've implemented an eDiscovery conference track," Beth Torrey, event director of Questex Media, said.

Even for organizations that depend heavily on eDiscovery, there are many uses for the technology - many that certain organizations never considered.

Bruce Olson, president of ONLAW Trial Technologies, recently stated that lawyers can use eDiscovery solutions to find potential evidence on social media websites, according to the Wisconsin Law Journal.ADNFCR-2797-ID-19703498-ADNFCR
