These days, I continue to spend most of my time recruiting; reviewing resumes, screening calls, and doing full-fledged interviews, and I find myself asking, why would a potential candidate consider joining our team? So in search of answers, I asked a few of our newest team members what made them choose to join Messaging Architects, and here is what they had to say.
