Introducing Stephanie Greenshields…

Last week, I had an informative talk with Stephanie Greenshields, the person who runs HR and takes care of the MA team. As a remote employee, I think it's important to have regular chats with my colleagues at headquarters outside formally scheduled meetings and phone calls, keep up with the pulse and energy of the company.

I like talking to Stephanie and I always learn something new. She is the person who's involved with new initiatives that help us be more productive in our day-to-day work and continuously improve the relationship with our clients. In fact, she was instrumental in defining the high standards for our client care and support that sets us apart from other vendors in the email risk management space – and I dedicated a whole post to that…

Stephanie had quite a bit of info to share: improved evaluation processes, upcoming internal awards nominations, new team members joining the company, exciting changes to our Careers page. Turns out, contrary to the general trend I hear on the news every night, Messaging Architects is actively seeking to recruit more people to join the team.

My suggestion to Stephanie: get the word out about what's happening in our company, tell the world about the different initiatives focused on growing the team, point out some of the reasons why high achievers have a lot to gain by working for MA. And she agreed.

So far the MA corporate blog has been about technology trends, email risk management and client success. Starting today, it will also provide a personal look about what it is like to be an MA employee.
