GWGuardian: Best Anti-Spam & Anti-Virus Solution in the Corporate Space
GWGuardian is the best Corporate anti-spam product we've tried, and we've tried three of them; the other two were online anti-spam solutions. The new version 3.0 of GWGuardian is practically maintenance-free and nearly 100% accurate on the spam it quarantines. What little maintenance is required is because of unique business newsletters we receive that are oriented to our financial business. We use GWGuardian's built-in filters to allow those types of emails through.
GWGuardian regularly blocks or quarantines over a million spam emails per month for us. Some of this is due to the anti-spam filters and intelligence built into the product and a large part of it is due to our practice of using the GWGuardian capabilities to block most email from foreign domains.
Before version 3.0, we were spending considerable time tweaking GWGuardian. Now, we rarely touch it, except for unique and specialized email operations, such as quarantining all incoming email that purports to be from our own domain. The new viruses are forging sender addresses from the same company and GWGuardian makes it easy to stop these.
We highly recommend the product. Our users rarely submit spam to us for custom blocking, now that we are running GWGuardian 3.0. It is very close to being a "set-it-and-forget-it" solution.
