GWGuardian Keeps the American Urological Association Spam and Virus-Free
I am writing to you because I wanted to let you know that I have been using the GWGuardian messaging firewall since version 1.x. Recently, I upgraded to version 3.x and just today I added the A/V component to our GWGuardian server.
During the time I have been dealing with the Messaging Architects team, I can't commend them enough for their responsiveness and ability to provide the necessary information and assistance quickly whenever I have needed them. Yesterday, for example, I inquired about adding the A/V component to our installation and today it arrives via Fedex and we are up and running. When they say it's a Fire-and-Forget solution, they really mean it.
Installing GWGuardian+AV has taken a tremendous burden off my staff and myself, as the viruses that were getting through to our Exchange server are now being blocked by GWGuardian.
Overall, our experiences with Messaging Architects (both at my current company, as well as when I was at Guilford Pharmaceuticals) has been very positive and I am extremely pleased with your support and your products.
