Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in North America. We use Fedex overnight as our shipping courier. Orders generally leave the same day, if placed before noon. For International orders, please call us at 1-866-497-0101 to confirm shipping options depending on the specific ocation.

For a limited time, shipping is US$29.95 for all online orders.

Please note that Fedex will NOT ship to PO box addresses.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

When you download or are shipped the software, it is considered to be "Opened." Opened software cannot be returned for refund, regardless of the delivery method.

With our software products, you have the chance to "Try before you buy" through our 30-day trial evaluations located on this website (www.messagingarchitects.com/download). For this reason, our refund policy is restricted to replacement of goods damaged in shipment only. Please be sure your system meets all software requirements before purchasing, as we will not refund purchases because of system compatibility problems.

Training Materials 
There are no refunds on any training materials. Defective materials will be replaced free of charge.

Licensing Policy
