Order Information
Purchase Order Requirements
Purchase orders are required for all orders, unless the order confirmation section on the sales order form sent by your application specialist has already been signed. All submitted purchase orders (by mail, fax, email) should be legible, and must contain the following information:
- Purchase order number
- Ensure the P.O. has the correct vendor (TMA) name and address for proper payment process
- Completed Client Billing and Shipping addresses (specify drop shipments)
- Resellers please specify the name of the end user
- Name, email, phone & fax number of Accounts Payable contact
- Name of individual or department receiving product
- Itemized list of TMA part numbers and prices, including description and quantity
- Total amount of Purchase Order must match the total amount of the Sales Order
- FOB shipping point should state "FOB Shipping Point"
- Products are shipped overnight with Federal Express
- Reference payment method: pre-payment (check), credit card (VISA or MasterCard), wire-transfer, or open (Net) terms (may only be granted after the first order). Exceptions apply for educational/health institutions, non-profit organizations, and state/governmental agencies.
- Credit card orders should include: account number, expiry date, name of the cardholder, billing address of credit card, and authorized signature.

- Open terms (after first order, apply on-line)
- Wire transfer
Credit Review Period
- 5-10 working days (incomplete information on credit application may cause a delay in processing)
Shipping and Receiving
- Standard shipping is Next Day by Federal Express
- U.S. Customs importation charges, if applicable, may be billed independently by the carrier
