Webinar will address impact of Osterman, Messaging Architects email management study

Osterman Research will hold a live webinar to present the results of its recent survey on businesses' long-term plans for the GroupWise email management platform.

The survey, sponsored by Messaging Architects, found 62 percent of respondents plan to continue using GroupWise in the next 12- to 24-month period, while an additional 21 percent are considering a migration to the platform during that span. The webinar will present advice and analysis from experts with Osterman Research and Messaging Architects on the impact of these recent email management trends, such as email archiving and data-leak prevention.

Expert advice will be especially important to the changing environment of email management, as the survey also indicated another 52 percent of respondents expressed serious concern about Novell's level of commitment to provide continuous support for GroupWise. Expert insight on the trends revealed by the survey and the future of both Novell and GroupWise can benefit business decision makers who typically being planning their email management adoption months or years before beginning a migration project.

Messaging Architects, which will hold the webinar September 9 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard time, will also provide attendees with a detailed copy of the survey's results.
