They leverage the GroupWise Shared Folders capability to ensure employees' secure access to thousands of customer accounts and millions of messages in the corporate system’s message store. They use GWTreecast, an eDirectory-enabled application for GroupWise Shared Folder management without end-user intervention, which saves the IT department and product designers an enormous amount of time and effort.

M+Archive solves the archiving needs of Vedior Holding NV, one of the world's largest recruitment companies and best addresses the organization's regulatory and internal email retention policy requirements amongst numerous archiving solutions.
To secure their GroupWise environment, the Tangible Group has been using M+Guardian from Messaging Architects for almost two years. Prior to M+Guardian’s implementation, the IT department employed a couple of other products. These proved unsuccessful either because they exposed the email system to security vulnerabilities or were received negatively by end users.
Since email was introduced as a business application in the firm in the mid-1990s, the staff of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP has relied on Novell GroupWise to ensure efficient and secure collaboration. Recently, they deployed M+Archive from Messaging Architects to attain fully automated and compliant email lifecycle management. Prior to the roll-out, the Messaging Architects Professional Services division conducted a comprehensive audit of the email environment to ensure the proper deployment and effective work of the archiving solution.
