Netmail Help Center
Get help…online! That’s right, MA has recently launched the Netmail Help Center—your go-to place to find the answers you’re looking for about our products. Everything from product manuals to technical training material to how-to videos (and more!) can now be found in one place.
One of the best features of the Netmail Help Center is that it’s a wiki. It’s both an informative and collaborative environment that helps make our documentation more easily accessible to everyone. We want to know what you think about our products and our supporting documentation. Use the wiki’s commenting feature at any time to leave comments, ask questions, or provide feedback on what you’ve read. If there’s anything that just doesn’t cut it for you (or does, for that matter), we’d love to hear it! We'll be able to use your input to update our documentation on a more frequent and regular basis.
You can find the Netmail Help Center at help.netmail.com. We’re still in the process of transferring content over to the wiki and updating existing content, so things should be shaping up in the coming months. In the meantime, please make use of what’s already available, and let us know what you think!
