As an Sales Development Representative you will proactively generate new business opportunities for the entire Messaging Architects product line. New business will be generated via outgoing telephone calls primarily in the United States.
- Generate opportunities from marketing campaigns, existing prospects and current clients
- Manage in-bound sales queries from new customers via website downloads
- Work with Account executives to “tag team” potential clients
- Update CRM (SalesForce) information with accuracy
- Ensure specified, accurate and complete information is passed onto account executives in a timely manner
- Adhere to CRM, business systems and activity performance management standards
- Present Messaging Architects in a professional manner
