You must have experience driving sales through leading a diverse staff of senior and junior level salespeople calling on markets across North America, with plans for expansion. You must excel in coaching, growing, motivating, and holding your team accountable to their personal goals and understand how to tie them to the company goals.	You must have experience selling to C-level executives of large corporations and institutions across a broad geography. You must excel in selling custom engineered solutions and/or conceptual services.  Experience selling software solutions is highly regarded.
